The challenge was to take off the existing garage roof and to put new steels and joist layout in, to create the upper floor. The clients requirement was to have a beautiful open vaulted celling, to give the wow feeling, with Velux windows and two sets of Juliette balconies to add the finishing touches.
The client is a well known local novelist who now uses the views for inspiration. They were so impressed with the project being on time and on budget as usual, they rewarded the team with a healthy bonus which we all enjoyed a great night out with at the Hub. Further to this we also received some great recommendations to the clients friends and family.
