Gary was contracted by us to complete a two storey extension to the back of our home. He advised us that the project would take 12 weeks and broke down the work for us in cost and competition on a week by week basis. This was our first project and I, more than my husband, was very nervous about it.
I was very pleased with Gary’s explanations regarding timescales for completed work and any potential concerns he may have. He completed work within the agreed timescales. This was quickly signed off by building regulations who had no concerns.
At all times, there were full and comprehensive communication and all questions we posed were answered well.
