We had an extension, internal conversion and garage conversion built by Gary and Riki Cunningham last year. We are absolutely delighted with the results and cannot recommend them highly enough.
In all of our dealings with Gary and Riki, from initial consultations and quotes to the completed job, we found them to be highly professional, conscientious, very polite and both had an excellent sense of humour. We heard of them by reputation and consulted three builders and their quote was by far the most reasonable, in terms of cost and duration for the work.
They hired and employed an excellent team of reliable and skilled workers who were all very considerate and professional. Even visitors to our house during the extension commented on the quality of work and the various tradesmen’s friendliness. All of the work was carried out with the upmost consideration and with respect for both us and our neighbours too.
We were kept fully informed throughout the work which was completed to a very high standard and earlier than the agreed schedule. There were no hidden extras and only a tiny ‘snagging list’ which was dealt with within an afternoon.
Almost a year on from the commencement of work, we are still raving about both Cunningham and Son and how much we love our improved house.
