A challenge overcome.
We were asked to build a bedroom, with en-suite above the existing double garage, also to convert one side of the garage to create a study/family room. The challenge was due to planning to the right side – the roof had to steeply pitch at 47 degrees.
We made this look as pleasing to the eye as was allowed, as you can see, great result and our client was very pleased.
