We engaged Gary and his team in the winter of 2008 to extend the first floor space above our double garage to create a large family room and study. The project also included creating a new bathroom and changes to the layout of the other rooms. We would whole heartedly recommend him to others.

At the start of the build work I was cautious and wary of making such significant changes to the structure of our house. I now wonder why I delayed this project for so long, although stressful at times Gary and the team minimised this through their commitment and skilled workmanship and the end result is fantastic.

All the team were totally professional and trustworthy and worked really hard to complete the extension within the timescale. Throughout, Riki did what he said he would, when he said he would. We really appreciated the team's honesty and up front approach. They were always understanding and patient even when we couldn't make a decision!
